Val definitely sells in heels, always looks stunning, very professional and goes out of her way to help both Vendor and Buyers. Definitely has outstanding communication skills, we are impatient and hassled her a lot but she was always patient with us and always found out the answers we needed if didn’t know them but knew her stuff. Took out time late on a Sunday for paperwork and also helped us to see the property a few times to work things out. Although she was working for the Vendor we never felt like she wasn’t helping us as we really felt that Val helped us understand and work through the processes. My husband and I have just bought in Whangarei for the first time and found everything to do with the process was made really easy and agreeable. We have especially enjoyed meeting and working with Val. Even though she was working for the vendors, she really made us feel that she wanted to represent our interests also and to come to a fair arrangement for both parties - which she achieved. I think the vendors ended up every bit as pleased with the deal as us. Nothing was too much trouble for Val.
